Become a Vendor! Rendezvous Days - August 2-4, 2019!
You must submit the items listed on the application. You are responsible for obtaining a certificate of insurance with Colville Rendezvous Days being listed as an additional insured along with a food service permit issued by the NE Tri-County Health District, 240 E Dominion Ave, Colville, WA 99114 - (509) 684-5048.
Organizations or individuals operating food service booths will be responsible for storing, handling and serving food in a clean and careful manner. Food booths are required to have temporary or permanent flooring (i.e. tarps) and heavy-duty outdoor rated extension cords in good working condition.

The deadline for food booth reservations is June 1, 2019 (Subject to change.) Applications are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. If your application is not received by June 1, your food booth will not appear in the advertising.

Arts and Crafts Vendors
100% of each item must be handmade by the person(s) selling the items. (If you are selling for a family member, call to confirm that you fall under our guidelines.) Everything in your booth must be 100% handcrafted or grown. Two photographs of your work must accompany your reservation contract. If you have been approved previously for your craft items, you do not need to submit pictures; if you have new items this year, you will need to submit pictures as this is a juried event. In an attempt not to overload the jewelry selection, once we have reached 15% of the same type of jewelry, you will be put on a waiting list. We will notify you if there are any cancellations. Determination of acceptability is made by the Rendezvous Craft Committee. Their decision is final.
Information Booths / Non-Profits
Anyone wishing to have an information booth at Rendezvous Days, please download the Arts & Crafts Application. Replace "Arts & Crafts Booth Application" with "Information Booth Application" or "Non-Profit Booth Application". Information / Non-Profit booths are free.
Commercial vendors are welcomed at Rendezvous Days, but on an invitation only basis. If you are wanting to have a commercial booth at Rendezvous Days, please contact Laurie Engell for more information.
